April 29, 2008
My first day at home. I have just finished car washing and waiting for my mood to do the laundry. Weekend was ok. Sister and brother in law came back to BBST, I am happy to see a sparkling smile from my husband’s as he was missing them. We spent our time together to celebrate the newlywed; Awul and Ana with barbequed sea foods and mom in laws signature beef curry.
Yesterday (Monday) went to the Le Meridien for a meeting with Access Dunia. The buffet lunch was superb although I don’t have the appetite to them all; due to me upset stomach.
I am in the verge of having a read-fit.
I am looking forward to cuddle myself with warmth of good books, as many people do during their free time. I wonder how many people enjoy reading as much as I do.
My parents always got on my nerves if they see me reading concentrate heavily during my teenage years; I will bother nothing else as if I am in my own world. Reading sort of my way of escapism method as it drove me away into a story land heaven, be it fictions or facts.I am sure most people experienced the same thing.
See you. Need to solve the world’s problems
Sigh.

~~~Yeay!!~~~
There.fuh!
I've settled my two-weeks advanced task in order to have a more peaceful mind while im off from work for a week; starting from next Monday. I'm supposed to feel lighter and ready for another hectic semester after this.
I have listed all the chores and activities that I could do during my free weekdays;
1. Spa visit
Since its Mother's Day, I'm going to bring my mama for a dip in a milk bath and scrub followed by monthly facial and maybe some massage. Its cheaper using Mother's Day package, but still if its not on promotion I bring my mama definitely.Its been awhile since I'm having a self-indulgense session and this time it will be more special to spend it with mama.
2. Shopping!
Groceries. Innerwears. Some furnitures. Shoes. I have been eye-ing for some quite sometimes now and have been saving for it for months. I hope I have the energy to complete my spree activities.I would love to buy something for my ayah also. (His birthday is on 17th May)
3. Tuck and Clean
I have been neglecting myself for quite sometimes (blame it to the work-stress and unhealthy diet); so i hope I can burn some fats out of me by doing some serious spring cleaning. Besides, i need more room to fit for my new merchandises after my retail's activities.My cat jr. need some serious grooming; he already looked like an old mop now.
4. Visit
Since my late grandmother passed away, I never go to Muar after that. I think this might be the right time. Plus, the holiday- resort-like crib owned by my uncle is truly inviting, and I am longing for a holiday away from home.
(see, I'm not that hard to please.)
I would also to have a new haircut, go watch movies or play at some theme park. But I am no wonder woman and my days are only a few to fit in all of the above.
Heh, tinggi cita-cita.
The New Furqan - a Bozzo attempt by US Jahilliah..
Source are from Ilyas Kazi Blog
The Americans have launched a fake version of the Holy Qur'an by name 'The True Furqan' by author Al Safee.
It is said that its been introduced in the market for a mere $3.00 each. Contains many contradictions of ISLAM teachings and it also said Jihad is Haraam, I felt it is my responsible to spread this news around.
I am not really sure wether it is truly introduced by the Americans ( because anybody can fake this as it use simple english) So people; spread the words around..
Maybe I am not the best practiced-Muslim; but Im not stupid enough to know this is a fake.
Spoil Rotten
I have taken a are-you-a-spolied-brat survey and I end up scoring 19%.
Hmm.. am I? I dont think I cheat during the survey. i think it might be true. So, take note that I am very independent person (excluding driving; which by the way I'm learning to do that now).
So, how you can say a person is a spoiled brat? Eventually a spoiled brat is a person that is too lazy to go through his/her own life and depends on other people to arrange it for them.
A spoiled brat (alternatively spelled spoilt brat in British English) is a child whose parents or other educators systematically fail to teach (according to wikipedia.com)
A spoiled brat is not a sign of failure of parents; where mostly people pointing thier fingers to the grown ups around the child. It is a failure of the child him/herself.They cannot project series of his/her own actions in reaction to a situation.
Most of the spoilt brats are either;
1. The youngest in the family
2. The only daughter/son in the family
3. The one and only in the family
4. The clever/ prettier ones in the family
This spoilt-brat-attitude will faded during thier teenagers with the right approach from people around them. BUT there a always an inner-rotten-child beneath these persons as they are comfortable being pampered and getting the attention they wanted.
They (the spoilts) have a very low tolerancy with other people; be it opinion or judgement wise. They always have a back up team whom they will loved and hang out with because they always say 'Yes' to him/her.
I hated spoilt brat.
You are definitely not spoiled. You've worked hard for what you have.Down to earth and grounded, you don't need a lot to make you happy.
Stress Buster?
They say that whenever any stress occurs to a person; we will be having physical change in eating habits; which in my case the food consumed are larger and more frequent than ordinary. Also, our pattern of sleeping; which by stress;the brain require more oxygen as our hormones extract it during the pressure of veins (where stress occurred).
So, I am in need of longer resting hours and I ate a lot nowadays..(Well, I eat a lot like every other day..Hehe)
I think I am under stress.
A lot of things going on here that get me hay wired. Many said that I’m lacking my rest and worrying too much about work. Or maybe I'm just stressed becaused I was thinking of being stressed too much; because if I am not; I will be stressout of not stress out.
Cuckoo. I know.
I have search the net for a stress buster remedy; that requires no $ and effortless. Yet, it will hit not other than vacations, spa, reflexology, meditation and…sleeping pills.
Here is some way to fight stress from health.com
1. Liven Up Your Office
Put some colorful creativity to decorate your office workplace to ease the dull-plain-boring partition board. Not too bright colors; as bright stimulates more nerves to get tense fast.
2. Your Vacation Permission Slip
Staying away for a while might be the best solutions for hard-thinkers. It ease the brain out and also your energy of qi can be relaxed by being away of hustle and bustle of the city.
3. Beat Workplace Politics
Definitely everybody worst nightmare is having a hell-on-earth boss or annoying-you-feel-like-murdering-them colleagues. It gets worsen if any of them interfere with your daily works and bother your reputation. All you need to do is laid back and let them do the drama. Save your anger and energy elsewhere. Avoid being seen by them. You will have your chance. Beleive me. (It works for me, though...)
4. Clear Those Blues
Why do you work at the first place? Of course we need the money. Do we live to work, or work to live? There is more life behind the cubicles’ wall. Enjoy your days with loved ones.
I personally like the idea of having a few days off.. I might do that.
KL Freeze - Aftermath
For more info; log on to--> http://randomalphabets.com/
(To Zain, pinjam gambar ye.)
You see the pic, it looks like someone snapped the pictures randomly right? Wrong. actually the people that are actually moving are the one you see with a flash-blur-like esspecially the red one. I think he or she makes a fast steps. The tying-the-shoes-dude, the couple, and the two muscular handsome (ke?)man who appear to check smses are participating in the KL Freeze.
There are a lot of people turn out that day; either joining or observing. According to Saddam HusZain, it went very well indeed. He stated that;
"It all went splendidly well. To the 20++ individuals who volunteered, took instructions from me, Saddam HusZain, I take my hat and curly hair off to you."
No Zain, we are the one who have to take our hats off for you. It takes a lot of preparation time and nerves to do this. At least now we all have something else to do better than loitering around with no purpose.
SYABAS!!
Because WE made it. All thanks to YOU. (and gang)
Just pause at the exact 2.30pm as if you're taking a picture. It is simple, and a different kind of fun.
So, cool!!
Snooping
As I’m writing this, my laptop is on my lap. I’m only practicing the laptop on a lap to see if its suit the given name. Lame I know, I’m running out of things to do here. Spare me, I'm bored. Usually if I dont have anything work-related to do in the office, I will stalk blogs to kill my precious time.
Yup, I'm a blog stalker.
I have been a blog stalker for quite sometime now. Don’t get me wrong, is not as bad as it sound. Blog stalker can be anybody; most probably those who are bored; killing time by browsing through people’s wits, without acknowledge their presence.
A classified blog stalker can only be reading through blog entries by a particular persons or just browsing through generally; according to their (blog stalkers) interest. There is a lot of blogs with different genres. There are a few of blog (other than stated here in my list, of course) types that keep on glowing my days in the office.
1. Juicy Gossips Blog
These kinds of blogs provide in depth information about the current activities around the town; bet it always the people in entertainment business? Wrong. Political people, athletics, royalties and even that big GM of yours in XXX Company or even your boyfriend can be the hottest news on a blogger’s plate. Plus, it’s better than buying those non-sense mag that only give us the last month news, right?
2. Political Blog
Everywhere we see now, everybody in the cabinet wants to electrify their manifestoes. The increasing number of people choose reading electronically have been driving them to take a major turn over to promote and publicize. They also can write freely without having to abide into rules of politics like in the newspaper(by the way, own by the government entirely); only jotted the things people want to hear.
3. Personal Blog
Most probably the entries will be their daily journals; what they do daily, occasions with friends, their elaborate stories on how things are seen by their personal opinions and etc. Maybe their creative embellishment of the word that got you hooked up: or maybe they are interesting people that we can really befriend in real life. Or maybe we just like to stick our nose into people’s business. So, we just ‘enjoy’ their ‘company’ by keep posted into their daily life.
I shall be discrete about my presence in blogs with unknown strangers. Not only it is increasing my curiosities; it is also open up my mind for different things to other people. I wonder is there any stalker out there; reading mine?
It is not a dazzling idea to put a laptop on your lap while typing your entries. Its produce heats enough to fry your upper thigh.
Ok, that’s just oh-so drama.
